I am in the work of fostering belonging. My practice primarily serves 1st & 2nd generation immigrants, women, movement leaders, creatives, and those of LGBTQ+ experience. Upon engaging in therapeutic self-exploration, they might find that while they know how to be ambitious and hard-working, they want to learn how to soften.
If this resonates with you, you're in the right place. My approach is meant to help you trust your intuition and find a softer space within, so you can connect more deeply with yourself and those around you.

I understand the feeling of searching for change without knowing where to start—just that things can’t stay the same. That yearning to reach a place where everything feels different.
In my own journey, therapy has helped me build trust in myself and find deeper connection with both my inner and outer worlds. It has provided me with tools to navigate intergenerational wounds, release external pressures, and embrace the fullness of who I am.
The most groundbreaking realization for me was that there was nothing "wrong" with me. From there, the work became one of rediscovery, rather than of fixing.
By tapping into the innate wisdom of the body, I guide clients to ease into the work from a place of curiosity. Neuroplasticity reminds us that our minds and bodies are always striving for healing. I see the therapeutic space as a vessel for what’s already happening within us to rise to the surface.
